2024 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies
Fertility Care, Health & Wellness Industries lead the 2024 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned and -Led Companies ranking. From January to December of 2023, the businesses recognized on the 50 Fastest list generated a combined $7 billion in revenue and collectively employed more than 18,000 people. A majority of this year’s honorees conduct business globally and with Fortune 1000 companies, with nearly all honored leaders still playing an active role in the day-to-day operations of their businesses.
The top three 2024 awardees are:
1. Kindbody
New York City-based fertility and wellness clinic Kindbody, makes its debut on the List this year at number one. Founder and Executive Chairman Gina Bartasi launched Kindbody in 2018 to meet the growing demand of employers wishing to purchase fertility benefits directly from providers. Gina previously founded Progyny, another health-tech company, in 2015.
2. Cymbiotika
Durana Elmi founded Cymbiotika, a San Diego-based health and wellness company, in 2019 that empowers individuals to take ownership of their health. Cymbiotika formulates innovative, science-backed supplements and products that support healthy aging, immunity, gut health, and more.
3. Strategic Logistics and Defense Services
Shanna L. Diep is the Founder and CEO of the Woman / Veteran-owned Strategic Logistics and Defense Services. Founded in 2016, SLDS is a small-business that provides the Department of Defense consulting and distribution of over 4,000 products and services.

Apply to the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies
This year's listing marks the 17th installment of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies™, proudly sponsored by JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking.
To be eligible, companies must be:
- Privately owned
- Woman-owned/led
- The business must have generated at least $500,000 USD in revenue in 2019 and every subsequent year
- Revenues must be converted to USD
All applicants will be ranked according to revenue growth from 2019 to 2023.
There is no fee to apply. Applicants and previous honorees may re-apply each year and are not required to be WPO members.
WPO members who apply will have the opportunity to qualify for the 2024 Women2Watch list.
The awardees will be announced at the 2024 WPO Entrepreneurial Excellence Forum held at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado on May 16, 2024.
