Tracy Myers Tracy Myers co-founded The Art Institute of California in 1981. The private, accredited college specializes in creative curricula such as degree programs in digital arts, graphic design and advertising. Over the years, the school has won numerous local and national awards for its student design work, and has received many awards for community service. In the year 2000, Tracy was approached by Education Management
Corporation, a Nasdaq Company that owns 26 colleges across the country,
with an interest in buying her school. After a year of negotiating,
her school became part of The Art Institute family. Tracy has since
gone from WPO member to WPO facilitator and loves it! Tracy is now
doing all the creative and fun, right-brained activities she never
had time to do while running a company!
