Ms. Moulton is co-founder and CEO of Universal Solutions, Inc. (USI), a full service national IT consulting.

Ms. Moulton began her career with Atlantic Richfield Corporation in Philadelphia in 1977 as a Staff Auditor in the area of Corporate Finance and Accounting. In 1979, she joined Sun Oil Company in Philadelphia where she was a senior financial analyst in the Corporate Finance division. After leaving Sun Oil Co., Moulton collaborated with members of her family in 1983 to establish USI.
Since then, Moulton's leadership and vision has lead USI to recognize the importance and benefits of emerging computer technologies, which has made USI a leader in the industry. Moulton holds an MBA from Temple University and a B.A from Lincoln University.
