Leslie Meingast, CHRP, is the President and CEO of The Personnel Department®, an award winning Global Human Resources and Full Staffing Service Company. Continuously growing the business since it’s inception in 1980.

Under her leadership, the Canadian and USA operations of The Personnel Department have been the recipients of many awards and recognitions, including:

Leslie is also the Board President of The Galt Foundation, a 501C3 not for profit venture specializing in assistance to people with disabilities, which she championed and whose activities she funded in 1999 as The Personnel Department’s millennial community project. Today the Galt Foundation places hundreds of people annually.

Leslie continues to develop the Services offered – expanding the Galt Group of Companies to be a complete Human Resource Solutions Company, by providing services for every HR issue.

An educator, speaker and motivator, Leslie’s talents have been key in the ongoing success of The Galt Group of Companies and The Personnel Department®.
