Cristy McCullough
Senior Manager, Office Depot
Cristy McCullough is responsible for developing and managing the
marketing and positioning strategy for Office Depot's Women's and
Multicultural Markets.
Before joining Office Depot in June of 2006, McCullough served
as president of Culturally Correct, Inc., where she developed and
implemented multicultural marketing, community outreach, and media
strategies for the U.S. Army, Freddie Mac, Darden Restaurants, Siemens
Corporation, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and ACR Electronics.
McCullough also worked in various roles at AT&T, Siemens ICN,
and Bell Laboratories, where she developed multicultural marketing
strategies and diversity initiatives. She also served as interim
Executive Director for the Institute for the National Black Business
Council. Her career includes highlights like the development of
AT&T's Business Markets Division's Diversity in Advertising
Policy, Diversity Columnist for In Focus Magazine, and authoring
Diversity Megatrends: What CEO's and Top Executives Need to Know.
McCullough graduated from Florida International University with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. In 2005, McCullough
completed the Diversity Management program at Cornell University
and is currently working to complete a Masters in Business Administration
degree in global management at the University of Phoenix.
