by training to become a Psychotherapist. She began a psychotherapy
practice based on her training at the New York Institute of Psychosynthesis,

underpinnings of being successful in business. In addition, Ellie
is a group facilitator who has worked with women for over 20 years
in areas of business and personal enhancement.
Her numerous activities include being facilitator of Women's Round
Tables at AWED (American Women for Economic Development), mentor
for women business owners at NAWBO (National Association of Women
Business Owners), facilitator for WPO (Women Presidents Organization),
both as a chapter facilitator and as leader of the prestigious Platinum
Groups for Women who have businesses of 10 million dollars and over.
In 1996, Ellie received the "NAWBO Women Business Owners of
the Year Award".
