Cindy was appointed SVP, Membership & Marketing for Sam's Club,
a division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in October, 2007 and was promoted
to Executive Vice President adding the E-Commerce function to her
responsibilities in August, 2008. Her focus is overall strategy,
brand development and membership innovation .
Most recently, Cindy served as President of Global Development and
Communications, at Rapp Collins Worldwide. She was promoted to this
role after leading its Dallas office for three years.
Cindy's career spans more than 20 years on both the client (with
companies such as Pizza Hut, Doubletree, Starwood and Harrah's)
and agency side where she has led brand-building, national and field
marketing, direct response and customer optimization strategies.
