Bing joined the company in 2004 in Des Moines, IA., as a Life & Health Segment Leadership Rotation Associate where she spent a year and a half rotating throughout the business unit in various roles including underwriter, actuarial assistant, and HR generalist. She rotated out of the program in 2006 and took the position of Community Relations Assistant Consultant and was promoted to her current position in 2008. A native of Buffalo Grove, IL, Bing received her bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources and Finance from the University of Iowa in 2004.
