ROZ L. ALFORD received a Bachelor of Science from the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe Institute in Frankfurt, Germany and the University of Chicago. Currently, she is the founder and co-principal for ASAP Staffing, LLC. From 1989 to 1997 Roz founded American Systems and Programming Company Inc. As CEO, Roz worked in collaboration with major companies such as Equifax, Scientific Atlanta, Suntrust and BellSouth, providing Information Technology consultants to Fortune 500 companies.
Through her philanthropic efforts, Roz is very community minded. To date, Roz is active in the Alexis de Tocqueville Society, which is an affiliate of United Way. In addition Roz has been instrumental in setting up a program with the Partnership Against Domestic Violence to provide positions for battered women. The project has been a successful venture with BellSouth and through the partnership ASAP has been able to provide jobs, excellent insurance, training and clothing to these women. With her warmhearted nature and people-oriented personality she promotes an up beat and position work environment for those around her. She is continuously looking for ways to improve upon the success of the business and herself.
