Many of our chapters choose to take a day or two and go on a chapter retreat. These retreats are intended to provide an opportunity for the members to immerse themselves into a specific business issue and tackle it in their own business all in one sitting. Frequently, chapters will have an outside speaker attend the retreat and it's always fun!

***While not all of our chapter retreats are held at the Edward Lowe Foundation, we very much endorse the experience and encourage our chapters to do so as much as possible.***

PeerSpectives Retreats

The answer to that question depends on the quality of your leadership. What kind of leader are you? What do your people think about you as a leader? Are you really taking your company where you want it to go? Will your people just come along for the ride or will they jump on your bandwagon to success?

Our new WPO PeerSpectives Leader retreats help you answer those and other vital leadership questions you face as the owner, CEO or president of a growing second-stage company. Beautiful, away-from-the-day-to-day Big Rock Valley provides just the right setting for you to examine - reflectively and with input from your peers - your true level of leadership. How does your leadership style affect you, your people and your company? How do you identify and build on strengths that will help you lead your company with greater insight and inspiration? PeerSpectives Leader Retreats at Big Rock Valley can lead you to the answers.

What's the "secret" to leadership? The secret is that there is no secret. But three skills of leadership -The Key 3 - are vital to growth. PeerSpectives Leader Retreats stress:

Key 1: Leadership of Me helps you discover what matters most and how that insight can contribute to the growth of you, your people and your company.
Key 2: Leadership of My People inspires you to create and tell the "story" of your company in a meaningful, motivating way. Your people can - at last! - see your goals as you see them.
Key 3: Leadership of My Company guides you to sharpen the vision and strategy of your company so that thoughtful growth over time becomes an achievable goal.
