For members with revenues of $50 million and above
The Women Presidents' Organization (WPO) and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) have together formed a program called "Zenith Group." For those women owned businesses with revenues of $50 million and above, the Zenith Group brings together WPO and WBENC peers from across the country to drive business breakthroughs. The group meets twice during the year, once on the East Coast and once on the West Coast. We launched this special group to achieve the following two objectives:
- To provide cutting edge information and strategies for successful and fast growth companies.
- To provide high level business meetings and business development opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies.
To be eligible, you must be a WPO member-at-large or chapter member (or join as a member) and WBENC certified or eligible for certification (and will become certified within 120 days of joining the group). Participation is restricted to these larger-sized businesses that share similar issues.
The typical meeting format begins with a group dinner Thursday evening, followed by a full-day session on Friday with a theme or topic chosen by the members and closes with a half-day session on Saturday. In addition to the Roundtable experience where mutually important issues are examined, the Zenith Group will provide scheduled meetings to meet suppliers from the Fortune 1000. Business development meetings will be arranged with these leading corporations to promote new opportunities.
The fee is $5,000 for the year, which includes the meeting programs and dinners, breakfast and lunch. Transportation and lodging are the responsibility of the members.
