Hotel Room Entry Key Sponsorship of the 2008 Annual WPO Conference: $8,000; Two sponsorships available

Hotel Room Entry Key Sponsorship of the 2008 Annual WPO conference will provide your company with the following benefits:

• Company logo will appear on all WPO Conference attendee's hotel room entry keys at the Westin Copley Place Hotel
• All conference materials will be branded with your company logo in a size and position appropriate to this level of support
• Your company will have the opportunity to provide brochures/marketing materials to all attendees at a skirted exhibit table (6' table with two chairs)
• Your company's logo will be displayed on the WPO conference website with a hyperlink to your website
• Confidential list of all WPO conference attendees with complete contact information will be provided within 30 days of the conference for a one time mailing*
• One (1) of your company representatives may participate free of charge in all of the WPO annual conference activities and additional registrations will be made available at the hospitality fee of $325.00 per person
• Your company will have the opportunity to place a full page ad in the conference program
  

The WPO conference list is proprietary, and may only be used for the purposes designated above. After the approved one-time usage, the conference contact list must be immediately destroyed
