		FAQ Attire Transportation Hotel Tourist Information Registration ATTIRE: What is the dress code and how should I dress for the Conference? Attire for the majority of Conference events will be business casual. Thursday evening is business attire. Saturday morning is casual. If you plan on attending the morning Jazzercise workshops you should bring exercise clothing. What will the weather be like in Boston in April? The temperatures in April in Boston range from a high of 60 F to a low of 40 F. TRANSPORTATION: How do I rent a car in the area? Avis Rental Car: Avis Rental Car has extended a special rate for WPO conference guests. To reserve a car, contact Avis at 1-800-331-1600 and use your Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number: D087312.. The group discount is in the 5-25% range. How do I get to and from Boston Logan Airport? Taxi Service: Located curbside at each terminal. A ride from Boston Logan Airport to the Westin Copley ranges from $20 to $45 (approximate). Sedan Service: The Westin Copley concierge is happy to reserve a sedan or limo to and from the airport. You can call the concierge at 617.424.7534. You can also book a car directly through Lifestyle Transportation by calling (800) 228-6894. Shuttle Service: Easy Transportation provides shared van service to and from the Boston Logan Airport. The Westin Copley is located in the neighborhood of Back Bay in the heart of downtown Boston. The fully equipped facilities provide opportunities to get fit in the Health & Fitness Center or unwind in their full-service Grettacole Spa®. For information on the specific facilities offered in the hotel please click here. How do I make a reservation at the conference hotel? Please do not make a hotel reservation unless you are registered for the Conference. Once you register for the conference on the WPO conference website you will be directed to the hotel reservation page. You will have the opportunity to enter your accommodation dates and requests for reservations at the special conference rate of $279 plus hotel tax. If I want to stay at the hotel before or after the conference, can I extend my room reservation at the special conference rate? If you would like to extend your stay beyond the dates offered on the online hotel reservation site, please contact WPO Reservation Specialist Sheena Lee at sheena.lee@westin.com. The Westin Copley will extend the special rate if availability permits. TOURIST INFORMATION: How can I check on things to see and do in Boston? Boston is one of America's oldest cities, with a rich economic and social history. What began as a homesteading community eventually evolved into a center for social and political change. Boston has since become the economic and cultural hub of New England. Please visit the City of Boston website for tourist information. REGISTRATION: How old does my daughter have to be to attend the Conference? The Conference is appropriate for daughters who are old enough to comprehend the content (recommended in junior high school or above). Please note that adult daughters of any age are welcome, as are mothers. Please remember to register your mother/daughter(s) on our registration website. Do I need to register my guest who will only be attending Friday evening or Saturday morning? Yes, please register your guest on our registration website and pay the hospitality fee of $100. Do I need to sign up for specific workshops? General workshop sessions do not require pre-registration.
